Does the perfect diet really exist? In my opinion I do not think it does. What do I base my opinion on? For me the answer is simple, We are all different. A perfect diet is one that I am able to follow easily and within my budget. Finally, a perfect diet is one were I enjoy the food I am eating.

From reading the last paragraph, I am sure you will agree that it is very difficult to name a diet that ticks all the boxes. I did miss out one factor which makes up part of the perfect diet. The missing link in finding the perfect diet is the determination to want to lose the weight in the first place.
